U can use pomodaro technique.
Set timer for 25 to 40 min nd after every session, free urself fr 5-10 min..
In this way, u can utilise ur tym nd focus.

Boy you should get in love with the subjects, yes I can understand it really sucks mind if you're doing consecutive study. But css aik aag ka darya ha aur doob k jana ha.. You shouldn't demoralize yourself and keep doing hard work.

Set proper time for library then go out for change. The presence of sound environment really matters a lot. There are many ways to keep your interest in studies.

You can walk during study (obviously not in the library) , go in any park for study and I have seen many people who used to study in the parks, take break (s). Sleep and wake up early in the morning. For vocab, DAWN, exploring, GAT general are good sources. Just give half an hour to vocab on daily basis, memorize 10 words daily at the end of the day you'll have bunch of them, IAT.

Do offer Salah daily and you'll get help from the glorious Almighty ALLAH.
