Do something interesting :-) like outing with friends, watch a movie in cinema, gupshup with family members etc. I would suggest you to reserve 6 to 8 hours on any day in a week for rejuvenation, refreshing... By doing so you would feel fresh and energetic. Rejuvenation is a necessary evil to go with the pace.

Yeah I went through a similar issue recently, lost all my motivation to study. Then I started exercising. I have found 45-60 minutes brisk walk daily to be very helpful in relaxing, planning and sorting my brain out. Give it a try it should help you out...and dont worry about the lost 1 hour that you could have rather put in studies, because when you are relaxed your quality of study improves. You tend to accomplish more in a shorter period of time.

Remedies which i found useful are
Go for a morning walk
as its relaxing
Never to compromise on sleep lol funny though but it really works
Just give half an hour in kitchen cook something good, treat yourself with something good or just ask someone to cook it for you!
And yes last but not the least when its study time just switch off every gadget.

Best of luck!

Learn that it's not your last chance to life, and you're giving it a try, it'll happen what it has to be. You have to just flow with time. Don't forget to be realistic.

Change your schedules often. Keep switching among the books...After reading 5-6 pages if you feel you have to struggle now, pile up the books in front of you and decide in which you are feeling interest...Flush your mind by writing aimlessly on some forum...Exercise increases your stamina...And if you are a Muslim listen to "Surah Kahf"...Eat something you like...
or if nothing helps, finally...
Put your fingers in the electric board. Electric shocks are good mood alleviators..
