you cannot under estimate the value of B.a. if you study IR or political science in your B.a then it can prove very fruitful ....

Do not give first preference to CSS. CSS is a gamble.

Select BSc majors keeping in view the job market. So if you aren't allocated in Civil Services you at least have a good job.

If your marks in FSc are above 80% and you want to repeat to make it between 85-90%, and you think you are capable of doing that, then repeat FSc and go for MBBS. But, if that is not the case, do BSc.

Zoology, Botany, Psychology, and Chemistry are the only optional subjects offered in CSS that are somehow related to pre-medical FSc subjects. You can opt them or you can choose any other of your own liking. While you pursue graduation, keep improving your English skills and you will be ready for CSS prep by the time you graduate.

yet even B.a with IR and political science can be a good option because these subjects are going to help you in current affairs and essay paper

These suggestions will rather confuse your natural decisiveness.
LISTEN TO YOUR INSTINCTS.
Walk a midway between your skills and interests.

I am a silent visitor of this site but today your post compelled me to sign in so that I could advise you since its matter of your future. To begin with css no doubt is elite service and is considered most prestigious service of Pakistan. One thing you must keep in mind that its very unpredictable exam. Besides policies of government change rapidly vis a vis this exam. You are thinking to opt optional but government has decided to change the entire pattern of civil service. One must have a professional degree in hand in order to secure future. Try hard to get admission in mbbs. Repeat your fsc and prepare well for mcat. You will never get a chance in life again to become a doctor. Don't be detracted. There is no much scope of bsc or msc. Your focus should be getting admission in mbbs. Don't make haste for vs After securing your future you can go for css which is indeed a Herculean task but attainable with persistent effort and perseverance. There is no short cut for success. Decision is yours. Wish you good luck.
