Problems

Hello Everyone,

I have some questions. I did some mistakes in my form filling and also have some issues in my name from past. So need your assistance because someone told me that I have to give the paper then if i will get passing marks then they will look my documents and most probably will reject but now they will just send me roll no.
I am writing my issues below. Kindly, respond me with authenticate suggestions.
1. From Matric to bachelor my certificates have only my first name because i forgot to write my surname in my ninth registration and then my NIC has full name with surname and it is continue with my MS degree. I applied for army they said me to change my NIC name otherwise I am not applicable. Will it be same for CSS.
2. I didn't noticed that I have to send equivalency form for my master degree because i did master from UK. I just focused on documents I need to attach with forms. I heard it is not matter if I have good GPA in bachelor. Is it a big mistake.
3. In my domicile my district is not written so by following map I put incorrect district. When I went to bank for territory fee they put west in district but in my form it is written that I need to bring from south district. In the end of form, in acceptance para i had to sign by accepting that I am in south district.

Please, help me out what should I do and does any one know that if I get acknowledgement so what does it mean like they reviewed my documents and it is fine for me or not?

Dear, in the scenario you have described, it is most likely that they would reject your application. So, visit FPSC, bring with you a page and pen so that you may write down what the attendant advises.

When i will get acknowledgement and is it mean they accepted my application?
