I did my B.A in 2015. Now thinking of to submit form for M.A English part one 2016 examz in uog. problem is that I don't have syllabus since I am not living in gujrat.
Can I appear in first annual composite exams of 2017 for I.R in UOS?
Or I have to clear my M.A. English first? I don't know but maybe registration can be cancelled, is it true?
Well the HEC's policy is very simple and straightforward now. However, universities also exercise their autonomy. With regard to your query, normally, if you have done a degree from one university and subsequently enroll to a different university, you need to submit a Migration Certificate/NOC from the previous university. Migration Certificate tantamount to cancellation of registration at the previous university, however, a mere NOC (as in the case of AIOU), your registration is not cancelled. Further, in case of private degree programs, the registration is scarcely cancelled.

To apply for a Masters degree program at UOS, there need to be a 2 years gap for Composite and 1 year gap for Part-I/Part-II. This makes you eligible for MA/MSc 1st Annual 2017 (Composite) and MA/MSc 1st Annual 2016 (Part - I).

Regards

I am waiting for the announcement of the result. As soon as it is announced, I will make sure to post something in this regard.

Apart from that what I studied about Essay Writing in my MA, I followed that in my three attempts. Alhamdulillah in none of these attempts I failed either Essay (though passed marginally, nonetheless passed) or Precis. The focus should be on the type of Essay you are supposed to attempt and then ensuring all the components of that type of essay. But I am no expert in essay writing or anything else. Nevertheless, I will post my experience once the "good" final result is announced IN SHA ALLAH .

Regards

I personally met AD HEC and asked about it. You can't get verified both of such conflicting degrees.

When did you meet bro? Secondly, the policy of non-recognizing double degrees in one session or year changed last year. The link to the policy document and endorsement in this regard can be seen in a previous post in this thread. It is clearly mentioned that double degrees awarded in the same year or session that fulfill certain criteria will be recognized by the HEC.

Regards

Newspaper reading, movie watching, listening to songs, comics, news, stuff like that helps a great deal in improving vocabulary. At least this is what I recommend to my students and it does prove feracious. But practice is the key. You know improving vocabulary can positively influence communication skills (emphasis should be on writing skills). So integrate vocabulary learning with writing skills and you can achieve "dual perfection".
