does rejection of candidature due to any incomplete form is considered as an attempt...and if any thing is mentioned in hard copy but mistakenly not in soft copy can lead to rejection ... my school and colleges were not mentioned only location was written don't know why? may be technical problem....

Regarding your query. No your attempt will not be consumed unless you appear in any single paper. Applying for exam doesn't consume your chance.

Mistakes can be rectfied by hand and later attaching an application with the application form explaining the mishap and a request to rectify the data online.
