Can a Relative Attest Certificate/Degree if They are a Gazetted Goverenemnt Official
I wonder if someone can get their Certificate/Degree attested from their immediate or relative family i.e Dad, Cousin, Uncle if they are a Gazetted Government Official and if their is a rule/law against it. What could be the shortcomings of that?

Yes brother, any immediate or blood relative can attest the form but one can not attest the documents of his/her own.
