Queries regarding css application

Hi All,
I want to ask a few questions about application process.
I am to submit the challan on 13 november 2017.

Is challan form downloaded from a separate link mentioned in the fpsc website?
Is challan form same for all candidates?
Is there any challan number mentioned on it when we download it?
I have downloaded the challan form from a link mentioned on the login page and no challan number is mentioned on it? will bank add the challan number on it?
I have completed my degree and got the transcript but i have not taken clearance yet... is my transcript enough for application?
last date of online application is 14 november and last date for posting the documents is 24 november?

It is same for all candidates.

No number is mentioned in downloaded challan form.
Bank will write number on challan form either by hand or in form of stamp.
I think you have got provisional transcript as final transcript is only issued after getting clearance from University. Final transcript is necessary for CSS application. If you have got final transcript, you can apply.
Yes, last date to apply for CSS-2018 is 14th Nov, 2017 and hard copy of application must reach FPSC office on or before 24th Nov, 2017.
