Arrow sad and pain

aoa all members
I m very very sad due to lot of personal life problem I have to study lot of content left but I can't......zero motivation.....no will-power....seriously I m in in lot of pain....help me how to get rid from all these spoiling mental stress sorrow and pain...?

I do deep breath therapy to oxygenate blood as my friend said...

please give me remedy fast to overcome all stress bravery .

never think about the things you are facing or doing with concerns. make your mind free from all sor of stress. try to find some one who can easily make you feel relax. be positive in all things and never expect anything as expectations hurts. watch tv movies listen songs and say prayer five times a day or at least asar n maghrib. live fearless life.

In consederation to your problem, you have to first realize by your heart that sadness and depression are real. It can exist in a person's mind to a level that, if not resolved, it can impede and paralyze normal processes of brain and body. Once u have realized it, only then you can make significant efforts to come out of it.
******** After realizing, answer the questions in your mind. This sentence should be repeated that "answer the questions in your mind". The essence of the strategy, to cope with the depression, lies in this sentence. Because 90 percent of the cases with 'saddness' have some unresolved questions in their minds. The other 10 percent being some medical conditions as a cause, which are rear.
*** According to medical researches, depression is common amongst many people in their twenties and/or old ages. The reason behind it is being alone and purpose-less in old age, while to much exhausted and apprehensive about the future in twenties. I suppose you are in your twenties and too much worried about the decesions to make which will define the course of your life in future. If this is not the case, still there must be some questions in your mind, hidden or conspicious, which are the persistent cause of worry for yourself. Brainstorm and find them, write them on the paper, think about them rationally and finally answer them. They may be about the profession you want to chose, or about marriage, or pressure for marriage, or about some bad experiences, or peer pressure and so on. Whatever the questions are, face them, go through them, and finally answer them in the form of a plan which you will persue afterwards.
*** I emphasize to answer the questions because human mind remains agitated to the unanswered questions. Further more, once you have answered and finalized your plan that which career is suitable for you, what relations matter you the most, what do you want from life and in life and so on, then, close all the old chapters, because you have answered them, and execute your final plans. Also update your plan regularly to stay on the track.
* Together with it, also do these things with honesty:
1. Eat healthy
2. Medidate
3. Exercise
4. Read psychology articles ( they answer so many of the questions one is worried about)
5. Make a proper routine
And
6. Have faith, in God if you are religious, or in any thing you like the most if you are irreligious. Faith in oneself is the best option otherwise.

Sajda is the best thing .Offer prayers regularly and try to recite Holy Quran regularly Insh Allah everything will be alright .

Just a suggestion ,As your personal issues need personal attention please avoid sharing your personal problems over public forum.

Hi Maria The Chemist!

I am sorry to hear that you're going through a tough phase in life, but I am glad to see that you reached out for help. In my eyes, you're already a very strong person since you haven't given up on yourself and have reached out to others to give you a push.

I agree with Scorpio99 that you need to do some soul searching and find a reason strong enough that you forget your pain in order to realize your future. Maria, this time shall pass too. But whether the time you spend will create more pain and regret, or will it be spent on recovering your spirit and finding your way again is upto you. Don't let yourself be put down by the present situation. You will overcome it. Just believe in yourself that you're someone who comes back stronger when they're hurt. Also as GanXTeR has said, if you have someone whom you can talk to easily and can uplift your spirits, don't hesitate to ask them for their help.

Don't over think. Don't limit yourself. Don't blame yourself too much for your mistakes, nor blame others for what went wrong in your life. Take responsibility and set things right.

I hope all goes well for you and works out in your favour. Power to you.

I also went through such a multitude situation. Many problems at once. I went to a renowned Psychiatrist recently and eventually I was back in studies after some time.

A good session and medicine really help gain your concentration. Stress is a medical condition as a result of chemical reactions, tabs suppress them, also helps regaining much needed concentration.

You'll feel the dr has become your friend. Who understands your situation and lends you a hand to way out.

Remember, the domain of Psychiatry is included in main OPD. Which means anybody can get stress due to life and is normal nowadays. There's nothing bad rather helpful to see a dr, who comes to know you deeply and knows the condition better than you.

I don't say I m phyco patient I m sensitive person and by will power and wazifa I face all these since long and pray to God
