Dear member,

As i have seen your conversation with many people regarding your dilemma, however take the issue as simple as it is, you have years to take CSS exam but the the attempt only one. I would say it’s the essence of competitive exams to give you ample of tough time to make a decision, I would suggest to take PMS and give some time to CSS.

In case i appears in PMS this year then the dilemma is to qualify it at any cost :/

Am considering PMS again instead of taking CSS 19, many candidates have advised me the same thing that I should save my last chance of CSS.

i think you are confusing CSS and PMS. Both are 90% same ,and no one prepares for PMS majority of aspirants clearing PMS are student of CSS. So, you can take both the exams.
