my question is : ADP ( 2 YEARS) WALA CSS k Liya eligible h ??

You mean associate degree program? http://fpsc.gov.pk/sites/default/fil...20Pakistan.pdf

Refer to this official document released by FPSC for the recognized degree programs and their equivalent level. For CSS you need an equivalent level of 16 years of education. Find your degree program in the document, if it is not 16 years then you are ineligible. If you are still unsure, call FPSC
