There are a total of 12 pages or 24 faces in the booklet. Some students attach 3-4 extra sheets, while some student dont need any extra sheet for all of their papers. Dont sweat about the number of sheet but about the quality of answers on the sheets. Use blue pen for answer and black pen for writing question number and headings. If you can, you should take a narrow tip black marker with you as well. Use the marker to write the exact question number before writing your answer. Write "Q#1", "Question # 1" or whatever in the middle of the page in caps before writing your answer. Also after finishing your answer, draw two lines with the marker to indicate that the answer has ended. Preferably, use a new page/face when writing a new answer to a new question. Also remember to cross out any blank spaces inbetween the questions. You cant change your handwriting now. You are probably 20+ now, the time to learn how to write with calligraphy is gone. All you can do now is write neatly, with proper/uniform spacing between the letters and words. Use the same pen during your prep while making/marking your notes as the one you'll be using for the exam. No need to take glittery makers or colored pens, pencils etc. The gist of it all is that when the examiner opens your answer sheet, he shouldn't be burdened by your writing and/or presentation skills. Facilitate your examiner as much as you can. Use proper spacings, headings, handwriting etc to help navigate the examiner. Make few grammatical/spelling mistakes.

Wow.. this was extremely helpful!
Have you given the exam before? If so is there any way I can contact you if you could help me. It will be my first attempt and I have no guidance at all since academies are also closed, or if you could refer me to someone who can help me with very basic questions about how to structure answers etc. |

You should be careful while using 'Ink Pen' , as there are chances that ink will fade away. Then it will be difficult for examiner to check your paper. And this thing has been told by Sir Agha Mohsin. He used to check essay papers. You can use cut marker for headings. But at first try practising with them. Once you get accustomed to them then it will be of great benefit to use them in exams. You can use markers or maybe black color pointers to highlight important information in your answer. Or to underline facts. You must cross every page that you have not used. Or if there is a pace remaining in your paper. For example if after ending question 1 , you have got 4,5 lines remaining and you want to start Question 2 from next page then you must be crossing those 4,5 lines. Don't give spaces between lines. Maybe you can leave one line at the bottom and at the top of paper but if you write leaving every next line empty then it can get you int trouble. You can use as much extra sheets as you want ,but while doing it focus on quality of your answer rather than quantity. Some students think that using more sheets will give them more marks so they just keep on writing irrelevant stuff . It is not compulsory to put margins. The sheet that they provide have got margins on one side of paper . You can put margins on other side ,but make sure that you don't leave more space empty at right side of margin. Because it will make your paper look odd. Though you will be consuming lots of sheets ,but it may have bad impression on paper checker. Though it doesn't matter a lot ,but still it's better to do less cutting and to attempt paper in a way that it looks neat and clean for paper checker. Attempt paper in such a way so that It will be easy for paper checker to get your point. This can be done by giving headings and by making outlines. Your aim must be to let him understand everything that you have written easily. He must find it easy to get your point to know your opinions and to know that you have answered exactly to the point. Brainstorm for like five minutes before attempting every question. In this time you can do some rough work. Think how you can impress examiner ,and this thing you can just do by staying relevant to the questions asked, and by making him to get to your point easily. Allocate equal time for every question, because most of the times aspirants are not able to complete last question.
