I think css will happen only after opening of schools...they won't take any exams unless educational institutes reopen.

they took pms punjab exams during schools lockdown. only have to follow the SOPs (theoretically for them), they gonna make double the centers for sitting arrangements but will take exams.
just focus on prep its not gonna be delay

Its never ever been delayed before.

My father told me that even in the aftermath of the 1977 coup, exams were held on schedule in September. (At that time css exams would be in September every year).

So keep up your preparation.
