Employee of superior judiciary can claim 2 year age relaxation.

if a govt employees has served 3years in one dept, and now through proper channel joined another govt dept, which dept is bound to sign Annex E ⁉️
first dept is saying that you are not our employees now, as it is mentioned in Annex E that the emplyee is serving since...., and 2nd dept says that they cant sign Annex E if I mention the previous years to claim for age relaxation
