According to CSS rule:

To be passed as fit for appointment a candidate must be in good mental and bodily health and free from any physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of the duties of his/her appointment. Candidates whose height is less than 1524 millimetres will not be considered physically fit for appointment to any of the BS 17 post under the Federal Government. In the case of female candidates, this standard will be reduced to 1473 millimetres(4.83 ft) for posts which are completely sedentary provided the weight of such candidates is not less than 43.5 kilograms.

You are on borderline. Hope you can pass medical test.

Never underestimate yourself for anything, which is not in your control. Your height, your complexion and teeth etc have been given by Almighty. Thank God that you can walk easily, you can sleep easily, you can eat easily, you are not suffering from any major disease, you are not having any ailment etc... HE has not created anything bad so take this stigma out of your mind. ...

As far as medical for css is concerned, Arain007 has quoted the relevant rules and hope you will be cleared by the medical examination people.

Regards
