I'm looking to appear In CSS Exam next year, wanna improve my vocabulary and English writing skills. So anyone of you please books of English grammar and vocabulary.

For vocabulary, you need to read a newspaper daily. Book reading also helps. Make sure to make notes of the new words you understand.
For grammar there are a number of decent books, Wren and Martin Grammar etc. Basically any grammar book will give you the basics. You will get better by writing and getting it checked.

There is a book that will guide your writing process. The name is Practice Makes Perfect: English Sentence Builder by Ed Swick.

In my opinion, these two books are awesome. Maybe add wren and Martin or grammar book by swan. They will suffice.
