ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM!

There are three types of Dogar...

1- Dogar Publishers
2- Dogar Sons
3- Dogar Brothers

Dogar Publishers Books for General Knowledge, Current/Pakistan Affairs are better.
Magazine (Current & Pakistan Affairs Digest) of Dogar Sons is better.

Thanks

English books

@hira

In my opine english can be done wid the help of not a single but many books. But u need to start learning it from a single book. Later u need to study a lot of to imptove ur knowledge and skills. u should read standard english stuff and should try to write down english. Practice makes a man perfect.

Are u studying these books?

to All

I had a very sincere advice that, dogar books are use less if u want to pass the written examination paper. There are no short cuts, read “Dawn” spend your 2 to 3 hours on it, read n just read it, listen to documentaries on “history channel”, “national geographic” n “discovery” seek it from every where, where u find it, doesn’t matter if it is a movie or biblical prayer . from this u can develop endurance , dogar ki kitabeeeeen….. oh my God, meray bhai , Encarta dekho, itnay sources hein ajj kal, kyun apna intellect limit kartay ho, css is now more than exam, dogar (what ever books they have) cant broad your horizon.
There is no alternative to hard work, those who recommend short cut(on this forum people most of the time recommend other the same) are deem to fail. Sincerely, Adil

@Adil

I agree wid u. I acan even tell even more sources than u told but at times u also need to read from the book for making ur base strong.

dogars book

Hello to all
In my opinion the dogar book are not reliable for css exams they are copies from the note develop by the students in master level. I have seen my mistakes in one page of the css book.
All three companies
dogar sons
dogar brothers
and
dogar publishers
All these three organization have the same material they publish their book with a little bit change.
So as far my opinion is not positive towards them anyhow a good point they print immediate after advertisement that is the only reason they sold their book in the market. While I went to book shop I prefer the book of other publisher.

Agreed

I agree with all of you that Dogar books do not contain healthy material for CSS so dont focus on them only

Maha Khan Saturday, April 03, 2010 06:21 PM

Dogars books donot contain sufficient material for css,yet they can provide you good basic knowledge about a subject...so read everything as css is just like a vast sea,after intensive reading u should make notes,this thing help u alot during your css exam...

farha khan is right

i read all friends suggestions about reading the kinds of books. i think farha khan is right. dogars all three kinds also provide enough knowledge for passing css it makes no difference wether they copy of other books or not but there is sufficient knowledge to pass css. it may be a kind of propaganda against dogars books. yet seniors suggest other books as cotemporary afairs book of imtiaz shahid and pakistan affairs of ikram rabani and encyclopaedia of every day science of samo sahab. best of luck and good bye

not just dogar sons

most of the books for CSS in the market are crap. you just have to live with them.
