Swtich Public Administration with US History. Opt for International Law; its syllabus is very limited (check past papers to see what questions are repeated). And, go for Sociology from the last group instead of the other two.

Asalam o Alikum!

First of all dont worry about time. There is plenty of time remaining we have almost 5 months excluding the first 13 days of February.

I would suggest you to take US history.
Do following things in studying US History

-Watch lectures from youtube
-Study all the MCQs from past papers
-Prepare past papers. Identify repetitive questions and prepare them well
-Janghir book for US is quite well for covering syllabus
-Dont overburden your self with books and extra material

Finally, US is an optional subject you will clear it anyway. Keep your focus, primarily, on English Essay, Precis and Islamic Studies.

All the best!

Regards
