It was quite scoring in the past but the trends have changed specially in css 2010. Even with the best possible grip its really hard to secure high marks in BA.

It is easy and highly-scoring, the only reason of low marks in recent years is that candidates take it really lighter considering their own subject. CSS main apne 'speciality' subject ko unintentionally he candidate light le laita hai. but the myth of it being difficult just because we have to prepare marketing, management and finance is only a myth! the topics covered from these subjects are kind of 'kiddish' for business grads. the only technicality is FINANCE! it includes a lot of stuff like banking and finance, business finance, corporate finance, and a very little accounting. though they are not in detail, but they are a lot to be covered. thats why finance has 40% or 30% weightage in business admin. so if you are good in finance, it is highly recommended to opt for this subject!

I would second Xaraa in saying that its a good subject as per its scoring potential. And I donot know if its scoring trend in 2010 was low. As I opted fo rit in 2010 and scored 62 and most of my MCQ's were not right and i only prepared it for 5 days. I believe if you have a management background, you should not miss this subject.

Management 1 Question Marketing 2 Questions Finance 2 Questions HR 1 Question Operation and Supply Chain 1 Question So it is possible to skip Finance if you know the rest really well. My own strategy was to prepare marketing, management and finance as best as I could and leave HR and OM on choice. This was a risky choice but it worked fine for me. My suggestion to you would be to at least prepare the financial ratios part from finance because these are very straightforward and scoring. |
