Subject Combination has nothing to do with your allocation in desired group/ service. The marks & merit no contributes for your allocation. As a subject combination it is a good combination. Work hard for "International Relations".

These aren't cluster based exams, so subject combination doesn't matter.

Int Rel: with the vast majority opting for this paper now, you can be sure it'll be very tough and IR has always had a low scoring average, so prepare very well.

Int law: good pick, this is probably the best scoring paper of the Law subjects..and it overlaps with IR.

Indo-pak history: Among CSS candidates this used to be known as the "Graveyard paper" , back when it was 200 marks..it would be nothing short of a miracle to score 120+, maybe they make it more scoring now but you should rather opt for one of British, European or American history as some of its chapters overlap with IR.

Public admin: I don't know much about this so can't comment.

Journalism: good choice, if your english writing skills are good, you should be able to score well in this paper.

You should also have a look at opting for a regional subject paper, those have a limited course with regular high scores for e.g Pashto has an average score of 65+.
