Default CSS Aspirant Mommies out there, help!

Any ladies out there who succeeded in CSS even with children or are planning to do so please guide me a little here.
I have a 1 year old and I want to give this exam a go. Recipe for disaster? Or is it doable? I don't want to jump into this knowing I'd have to give up on being there for my son. I feel if I could get an idea of what am I in for, it'll help me make a decision. So experienced mums out there your two cents please. I need details please as to hours of study you managed to the time during academy training. Thanks in advance 😃

Hey mezzo, not a css mommie, but I know that the 2009 topper Dr. Noor Ul Ain Fatima aced the exam while taking care of her son. She says she was able to make 7-8 hours a day to study, and she studied for 5 months. So if you have a strategy chalked out and start now for 2017, you have a fair shot.

Your welcome. I just noticed you plan on going for an academy. I think there's no harm in going to one, but you need to be very honest with yourself about how much it can help. I've seen most people with good scores advise that going to an academy can be helpful in the short term because it gets you the guidance you need, but after a certain point it's a waste of time. You have to study yourself for the most part, and maybe take the help of a few subject specialists (you might find such specialists inside an academy, or outside of it). In my view, there is so much information on cssforum now that the importance of academies has been greatly reduced. Hope this helps.

Cheers.
