How to keep oneself motivated

In refferance to above mentioned subject,I want some suggetions from all of my other fellows.

You should be regular. Regularity will motivate you in a better way. Appreciate even very small things that you do. Critisize your work. Be a spot in whatever you do. Try to know yourelf better than others. .. ..... ..... There are some other things ..... May be i add later.

Dear,

I think, important factor to motivate urself is self confidence and clarity of mind abt the goals and objectives and properly devised strategy. Starting for any exam or CSS is biggest motivating factor if u r sincere in ur intention to pass the exam. Rest, i think customise ur study plans according to ur needs, time and targets. Things will be fine and apt.

Yeah you are right but another thing that strucked my mind is that true dedication and desperation to the aim also matters to keep oneself motivated.

u can motivate urself by complete concentration on ur ambition.B more passionate to achieve ur goal n u definitely know

I agree with ur term dedication, but i disagree on ur term desperation as motivating factor. I am sure desperation is resulting from loss of hope and i am sure that i would replace this term by aspiration. Aspiration can be motivating factor for me, but NEVER can it be despearation!

i think i used this word DESPERATE in a positive sense. i meant to say that u should make ur mind and become overwhelmed with the spirit to work for CSS. may b i failed to elucidate because i used a different wort. BTW aspiration seems ok.
