Thanx a lot brother it is really helpful for me, in fact, I did never think before this pattern of study. It was very ambiguous because I could hardly keep the things in my mind and always puzzled about the topics. But the way which you have told me is beneficial enough for appropriate preparation. Dear, what does mean by bullet notes, and should I write the things in form of notes which I study. PlZ tell me what is the best way of preparing the notes. I mean that should I write the same material that I find in books in my notes or convert it in my own language.

You are always welcome Brother.
I have always advised people to go for the bullet notes since it is quite easier for an aspirant for revision in much shorter period of time. Another advantage of bullet notes is that you don't need to worry about MCQs since they quech such thirst of yours.
Bullet notes are basically the combination of facts and figures in the form of points.
Here, I am sharing one of the questions i prepared in the form of bullets.

I haven't been able to qualify either.
Numerous social responsibilities along with my job never allowed me to remain consistent with my preparation.
I know what my mistakes have been.
Just want some time to study but don't get at all.
I am just like a whetstone that can sharpen the steel but never itself cuts something.
The ones I gave last minute guess to have qualified.

Length of an answer has been the issue discussed quite often.
The length does matter in merely few papers while in most of the papers you need to hit the nail right on the head.
Be precise and to the point.
well this is something I dum understand about this examination than students as good as U even dum qualify.. Than what actualy they require?¿ Aah... It means just material should be impressive...

I need to be quite straight in confessing my own fault instead of craving for excuses and blames on FPSC for having been unable to assess the talent inside me.
I admit that I haven't been able to do justice to my preparation and meet the requirements of a CSP officer.
There are various factors contributing to my failure. I haven't had proper guidance when i started my pursuit of CSS.
Along with that I was never able to remain either consistent or persistent. Hurdles of various sorts hampered my progress and when I myself realized what to do, it was rather too late.
One needs to have the following 3 C's for success.
Commitment.
Concentration.
Consistency.
Regards,
Ainuddin Kibzai.

Really commendable, I think, now, it will pose no problem for me to make notes. I pray, inshAllah, you might succeed in your last attempt.
