Well ladies and gentlemen, it indeed has been a long time since I last updated this thread. So trying to connect from where I left it.

Well the first term was tough, but the second term has been tougher. The activities that we performed during first term were mostly focused on Academics. Apart from academics we did Field Work as well, which is a graded activity, wherein the Probationary Officers are divided into different groups and allocated a certain government department to visit and prepare a presentation thereon encompassing what weaknesses and recommendations the future officers have to improve the working of that particular department. At the end of the first term, our Academic Groups that were formulated at the start of CTP were shuffled. We also had our 2nd Mess Management Committee. In the Foundation and First Term, the topper of the CSS is ipso facto the President of Mess Management Committee (MMC), however, during the 2nd term the person who performs best in Academics and other graded activities gets the post of the President. So in the Foundation and First Term we had Mr. Usman Ali, and during the Second Term we had Mr. Nabil Siraj as Presidents MMC.

Unlike Foundation and First Term, 2nd Term is short in span and hence busier than the previous two. Apart from Academics, we had Community Work, Syndicate Research, Book Review etc. during the 2nd term. Well, the second term also comes to an end and we have our final exams from 28th February.

After exams, we would be leaving for Country Study Tour. It is a 10 days activity and we'll return to the academy to present about our CST. And after a week's stay at CSA after CST, we would be leaving for Military Attachment. So CTP is basically coming to its conclusion. Time does fly but at CSA the pace seems to have doubled up. It appears as if it was yesterday that we entered CSA with our luggage. But then, good times do pass quickly. It indeed is an experience worth struggling for.

Regards
