Welcome to the forum.

In this sub forum "common" Training means. the training which all the CSS qualifiers have to do irrespective of their designated groups and departments for grooming their abilities.

While specialized is different for every group.

The training is done in Civil Services Academy.

I think it would be good if you try to know things first by exploring the forum yourself. And then ask others if something is still unknown and related to you.
