opinion and contradictory opinion while preaparing for CA

Hello everyone,
my query is that while preparing for CA, if i have formed an opinion regarding any topic and also i have got enough references, facts and figures to prove and conclude that opinion... then is it also important to quote the contradictory side of the opinion? Or i should stick to my opinion??
For Example:
my opinion is that:
"Drone attacks are causing more restlessness and mutiny among the pakistani people."
now
its contradictory opinion should also be mentioned in my answer or not?

Usually question is attempted by writing both pros and cons and then giving your own opinion and strengthening it by references, facts and figures etc. and then giving conclusion. Your opinion is one either in favour or in contradiction but before that show both sides of picture with critical analysis.
