Default vocab?

what i can suggest is that u use a thesaurus and substitute some words commonly used with some high frequency words, such as;
although..............albeit
example...............quintessence
when ever you are writing something try to replace atleast one commonly used word with its synonynm as its quite boring for a reader to read the same words again and again.
it works for me and hopefully would work for u. by the way i use Collin's 'paperback thesaurus in A-to-Z form'.

Cool Encarta and Oxford dictionary CDs

@ Umair Akbar

Salam..... u can also use Oxford and Encarta dictionary CDs for incrementing ur vocablary. look if u want to improve ur english and more specifically ur english vocablary.....it is a three step process:
  1. Reading English
  2. Writing English
  3. Speaking English

u cant go for the 3rd step in the start or cant go for the 1st step in the end. u have to do them in order.

All d best
Regards
