That car must have cost him across the board. 6. She is always at his beck and call when he wants her. (either "he" is lucky, or "she" is a fool ) 7. Okay I`m all ears. Salam, good show..... Because I love being 100% right when I attempt. U r nt 100% right this time ...u have gotten 90%.Your answer of Question 6 is wrong. becoz, at first - at the beginning At first I didn`t want to go to a movie but later I changed my mind. Right answer is, ahead of time - early We started the meeting ahead of time so that we could go home early. Thanks Muskan.
I had that in mind, but confused between 'ahead of time' and 'ahead of one's time'. Now I came to know that these two are separate idioms. It's really disgusting to get things wrong when you're so confident. Regards,
