Objective of organization is to know the wants of human being and try to fulfill them. Different organizations conduct survey for knowing the new trends in the market and then introduce something productive for people. Success of all depends upon the appropriateness of series of acts contributed to system. Purpose of all acts is to achieve their objectives. Before industrial revolution, organizations were small and they were managed easily by a single person. Today organization has hierarchy of objectives. If objectives are pursued effectively, organizational efficiency increases. The management process helps in accomplishing the organizational objectives.
