Evaluate: We learn from history that we do not learn from history
Somebody has asked me to evaluate this expansion, can you guys help too?
It is psychological compulsion that time passes but memories remain alive and such memories in a way form the personality or character of an individual or if we talk in aggregate the there comes the formation of nations. That time which has been passed can be under two categorical headings of utilized time and lapsed time, which in a way then forms the history for the present. There has been a focus around a historical saying that we should learn from the experiences that is what we should learn from history. But during the current scenario, if we observe the past, then we would be in a position to elaborate that many of the blunders have been of the repetitive nature over a period of time. Our history portrays the fact that we have not properly grabbed the meanings of the history. Many worst experiences of the past could have been mitigated in a way but which have shown a repetitive nature of presence. Cures should have been found of the curses which had been discovered in the past, but unfortunately it could not be. That is the reason we in the present so called having many blunders which our ancestors had been doing so. |

its nice but too short and repetitive of same idea. it is elaboration of the given sentence but we can not get that in expansion the writer is in favour or against this concept. again it could be more precise ny giving some short examples from history, where we have not learnt from it or we have taken some lesson etc.... good effort by the way.

Expansion, in other words, is a small essay in which you give an introduction, body and conclusion using 250 to 300 words in all. In introduction, you make the reader understand what the topic means, and whether you agree or disagree with it. Similarly, in the body, you prove what points you raised in your introduction and finnally conclude with a short note. Introduction cosists of 50 to 70 words and so does conclusion, the rest of the words are used in the central body. You can give two or more examples in the the body to prove your points.
The above expansion is a one running paragraph, it seems more like a precise than expansion. I am not a judge, this was just my humle opinion.
