Basic Grammar
 
[B]Find the errors & correct the sentence.[/B]


[B]1[/B]. A ship drowned in the sea.

[B]2[/B]. She hanged a picture on the wall.

drown/drowned is used for living things, for non living objects sink/sank/sunk is used. Similarly hanged is conventionally used if a person is hanged. For a picture, the correct verb is hung.

Correct the sentences
