I am not saying that at all. BY is right when used correctly. All I am saying is that it depends on the context.

These are correct.

Hardly means; very little, almost not

Lately means; recently

Speaking English language doesn't matter but perfection does.
Can you kindly elaborate the "Ly" concept. Where to use it and where to avoid?

Adverb describes a verb, an adjective and another adverb.

Most of time "Adverb" is formed by adding LY but it is not for always.

Like:

He is lovely. Lovely is not adverb here.

Micho runs quickly. Quickly is an adverb here as it describes the verb "RUN"

Micho has come late. Late is an adverb. Ly is not added.

Micho has extremely great eager for CSS. Here, Adverb EXTREMELY describes an adjective.

Adverb describes a verb, an adjective and another adverb. Be careful about this.

Learn non-ly adverbs for betterment. Some are here.

Today,
here,
there,
yesterday,
hard,
fast,
next etc.

Hope, it will help you.

Apostrophe is used to indicate possession, to show removed letters, and to make contractions.

Like:

Amigo's dream is to be CSP.
To be CSP is dream of Amigo.

When there is one person, we give Apostrophe before S and when there are more than one, we give apostrophe after S.

Like:

I have student's ticket. "Ek student hai."
I have students' tickets. "Bohat students hain."

See this too.

Amigo's and Zuhaib's dream is to be CSP. It is wrong.

Amigo and Zuhaib's dream is to be CSP.

Use of apostrophe in contractions is common.

I'm=I am
Can't=Cannot
Don't=Do not
It's= It is
He'd= He had or He would

Hope, It will be helpful.

Default Common errors

As well as

We do a common mistake while using as well as.

Like:

I, as well as my friends, have prepared for CSS.

It is wrong.

The verb is put singular.

I, as well as my friends, has prepared for CSS.

With

Ghaddafi, with his sons, were killed.

It is wrong.

The verb is put singular.

Ghaddafi, with his sons, was killed.

Zuhaib Bhai, you've been doing a great job since Jan 10, 2012 by bringing to our notice some very common errors that we do not make often but every now and then in our daily English writing. Hats off to you for that!
Now if you please explain and clear up this as well, it will be pretty kind of you. There is an example:

One of my friend will go abroad.*

Now the said sentence is wrong why because the word FRIEND should be in plural. Why and how???
