2. They proposed to us that we should go out for a walk.
3. His mother asked him what we wanted.
4. Rasheed told Sohail that his brother had reached Quetta the previous day.
5. I asked Anila what she was doing.
In third sentence, is not appropriate to make it as;
His mother asked him that what did he want.
and the use of 'we' is wrong here.

Is it wrong??
i do not think it is wrong, but the use of 'invited' is more suitable. 'let us' shows that they themselves are also interested to go out for walk.

It must be a typo-mistake, huzuur..

I have used 'suggested us'. It also encompasses the meaning that they themselves are interested to go out. When some one says, let us do something, it means that the speaker is also interested in doing that thing.

It was a typo mistake.

His mother asked him what he wanted. It is correct.
His mother asked him that what did he want.It is wrong.

Zohaib, are these solutions correct?

I told him I cannot do you a favour.
They told us to go out for a walk.
His mother asked him what does he want.
Rashed told sohail that his mother reached quettea yesterday.
I asked anila what are you doing.

Correct indirect narrations:

I told him that I couldn't do him a favour.
They proposed to us that we should go out for a walk.
His mother asked him what he wanted.
Rashed told Sohail that his mother reached Quetta the previous day.
I asked Anila what she was doing.

Yes, my mistake. I did not go through any rules of direct/indirect conversion. My apologies.

Waiting for another exercises.
