Default Suggest books for sentence correction/structure and punctuation

I am particularly looking for some good books with a lot of exercises/practice questions to improve sentence structures, correct / incorrect exercises and punctuations.

Without practice and exercise it is very tough to retain the rules.

Please suggest the best books and the keys to their exercises.
