I think this can be corrected as under:

Corruption will not only distort the economic outlook of the country, but also, will pollute the social fabric of the society.

Corruption will not only distort the economic outlook of the country,but also pollute the social fabric of the society.

This one can be corrected as under:

Corruption not only distorts the economic outlook of the country,but also pollutes the social fabric of the society.


Its suggestion: mistake is not out of question.
