A question...
Thank you for this post.
I have a question: Is this book helpful? I don't want to sound ungrateful. It's just that I practised from a very similar book, Raymond Murphy's Essential Grammar in Use, and I kept forgetting the rules. After 20 exercises, it became very hard to recall the important grammar points. Did you or anyone else use this book for grammar? Was it helpful? |

Thanks SIR . . .
AOA,
Sir, brother HAMID sb , always welcome. thanks for your kind reply . . . sorry for late reply 'sir Chemguy' i hope Oxford Practice English Grammar will be helpful for you because i have also gone through this book not complete but few exercises but i have two more books of grammar 1) Practical English Grammar by A J Thomson and A V Martinet and 2) High School grammar and Composition by Wren & Marten this book is of basic English grammar i will try to share these books also as i found in pdf form. one more thing that every thing is helpful for you if you have memorized it. what ever we read carefully we never forget eg. we read "apple" we could not forget this so we should also study other things as. if we can study well for one hour we should study one hour not 3 hours but we should increase time of study slowly gradually but it should not be decreased than one hour , i shared with you my personal experience Last edited by Hadi Bakhsh; Monday, February 20, 2012 at 11:26 AM. Reason: forgot few words to type . . . |
