Is brexit a relevant topic in css exams?

yes. specially for current affairs but in essay they might broaden it a bit, by saying EU crisis/disintegration/challenges, or, Impacts of refugee crisis. etc.

They might also call it "Nationalism Vs Regionalism" A widespread debate these days. Because, it is observed that hardcore nationalists like modi, trump and boris johnson are hailed by people all over the world today. Reason maybe an increased xenophobia which itself is a fall out of continuous misleading and avoidable wars translating into flood of all kinds of immigrants.

I have seen this word in so many places though I searched in my dictionary but it is not present there

British exit from EU.
