I did the same essay but my focus was different I focused on the neo-liberal agenda, being imposed on recipient states, Washington consensus and IMF structural adjustment policies. My stand was that foreign aid is neither good nor bad; intentions of donor and character of recipient make it good or bad.

p.s: As per my understanding your essay is very good. IA you will clear it.

This looks well thought out and comprehensive. Majority of essays I've seen from 2016 are exceptional. The contest will be tough, but I hope you'll pull through, best of luck!

This is a well though out and comprehensive outline.
The question arises that can you justify the arguments mentioned?
I am not expert at Essay. Joined recently and started preparing.

As a friendly advice, you have compartmentalized ypur thesis statment in only economic terms. after that, you are mentioning education and social related problems.

Nowadays almost everyone know regarding aid , even the examiner. Since 1947 top economic aid receiving countries are Israel, South Korea, England, India, Turkey. How is their economic situation?
Furthermore, you have mentioned about Japan, which after WWII recieved huge economic aid to rebuild itself.

You have written really well! but again, the question arises that can you justify your argument?

First, thanks to all for the comments
Second, you are right about the justification of arguments. This is all we have to do in writing an argumentative essay.
I tried my best to justify these arguments in the essay.
Lets see what happens.
Once again thanks for the comments
