good attempt. Try bringing logical sequence in the outline. For instance writing the most important point first and least important point at last. In my opinion, Civil-Military balance should have been the first point. Keep trying. Best of luck.

Don’t use full-stop and colon in outline. The word ‘level’ is unnecessary. And, it should be ‘civilian supremacy over the military’. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
