Post Please evalute outlines of Democracy: Hopes and Hurdles

Democracy in Pakistan: Hopes and Hurdles (CSS 2018)
1. Introduction
2. An overview of Pakistan's Democratic history.
3. Promising hopes for Pakistan's democratic system:
• Third consecutive and smooth transition of democratic governments in history of Pakistan.
• Emergence of new national level political parties
• Accountability drive across the board
• Civilian supermacy rather than military: a case stuy of Pak-India recent skirmishes
4. Hurdles in strenthening democracy in Pakistan:
• Poor role of Election Commission
• Entrenched dynastic politics in Pakistan
• Lack of true intra- party elections
• Horse trading and corrupting influence of money politics
• Weak and ineffective role of Local government
5. Way forward to resolve hurdles:
• Educating masses especially civic education
• Strenthening Election commission
• Political parties must come up from ethnic politics to national politics
• Abolishing feudal system

good attempt. Try bringing logical sequence in the outline. For instance writing the most important point first and least important point at last. In my opinion, Civil-Military balance should have been the first point. Keep trying. Best of luck.

Overall good!
Don’t use full-stop and colon in outline.
The word ‘level’ is unnecessary.
And, it should be ‘civilian supremacy over the military’.
