Is Essay paper a nightmare????

salam to everyone.
by studying all the posts very keenly,it comes to me as if Essay paper is a nightmare???? u can not attempt it well unless and until u have brain of newton and skills of shakespeare.

yar humans appear in the css and those who mark the paper are not supernatural creatures.
i am appearing in 2010 css exams,plz ITNE NA DROO

it is said that brevity is the soul of wit.i think if one has good communication skills and have sound knowledge of the surroundings, he can pass this paper.
plz those who had burnt their calories in passing this exam DO comment on that, as i am just a beginner.

i couldnot understand,why ppl made css so tough...its the
crux of ur whole academic career,ur analytical kills etc..
Essay pap,z also not a very tough paper,u jus need to
broad ur vision&knwledge and English vocabulary...

believe me, essay is no monster. if you write relevant stuff in correct english and garnish your essay with a few illustrations/quotations, you will be rewarded. it is considered difficult because you've to write a 3 hour essay on a single topic and requires enough knowledge and art to attempt the exam.

but even ordinary but correct attempts will fetch you good marks. rest assured about that.

Suggest a topic , n the think abt all relevant aspects, write them in a relevant order, maintaining the structure with an impressive introduction and a good conclusion.

If you want to suggest a topic n I m gonna try what I could brainstorm, yoz try on your own too n then we compare

I totally agree with Adil Memon and Maha that one should be to the point and relevant because 3 hours is a hell of time and it gets tough for someone to keep himself on track provided his/her lack of knowledge, vision and inability to focus on that very topic. One thing i 'd like to add is that whether you are attempting an essay related to economics, sociology (gender discrimination and all that), education,environment etc. You have to write it in simple language because your examiner is not related to that particular field but LITERATURE. Meaning it should not be too much technical. So one has to write it for the professor of English Literature who will make sure at the first hand that you have written correct english. Secondly, one's ideas will be checked that if these are to the point and making a clear vision about the given topic. It all is a very simple once you get used to writing simple and straight-forward essays. My advice is that don't try to use so many difficult words in your essay. Use simple but correct English. Rest leave it to your GOD.
