How can I improve my essay writing skills in short time span?

I am a new one,and i cant write essay more dan 6 pages yet.i hav written 5 essays in 6 days bt doz are not satisfactory 4 css.So anyone tell me how can I improve my skills in short tym.

Dear,
all this is not one day game but a continuous working in a consistent manner.As you described you have written 5 essay in six days it pretend that u are vigilant and hard worker.You need just to take everything in a calm manner.You will be fimiliar with these words that QATRY QATRY SAY DARYA BANTA HAY.carry on your practice and one day u will reach on point which is called satisfaction. :

Writing and continuous writing is ofcourse fundamental.
Initially writing 6 pages is enough. The next most important step is to get your piece of writing checked and to find out the shortcomings. Next, try and overcome those and then attempt to re-write and get it checked again. so it's a continuous process of trial and error. At the sametime, make sure your knowledge of english grammar is not flawed. Spelling and grammatical mistakes at the CSS level can prove to be suicidal. Moreover,read quality stuff(eg. dawn editorial) from the point of view of the language and try to imbibe the structure of its composition.Furthermore, in the words of pablo neruda,words are our only weapons so amass them(Vocabulary).
Besides the writing stamina, it is the content and not the writing capability that determines how profusely one can write. Thus, having overcome your shortcomings and corrected your mistakes, try to first collect good stock of relevant information on the topic that u intend to write on and only then set off. With this you will continuously improve your writing skills and your every succeeding piece of composition will be better than the previous one.

Simplest way is;

Choose a topic, write only three things; Introduction, outline, conclusion.

Do this for sometime and you will see, you are ready to add meat to the bones. It works. (Strict note: This suggestion was purely mine for details consult an English teacher.).

U keep on practicing, it happens to every aspirant.... no one starts writing 40 pages at the very 1st day of practice.... you will come to know in days that you are improving gradually...for further help v are all here to guide you towards our common goal....v are with you to help you and each other......you post whtever you have written, seniors will comments on that, for sure!!!

I am waiting for the announcement of allocations for CE-2009.
Writing a good essay of 30-40 pages is not that hard as the people think.There are certain techniques of writing an essay.If you work upon those techniques you can easily write lengthy essay.I will post those techniques in my next post.Follow those techniques to master your self for a good essay.
If you have have a good English but poor writing skills you can't score 30 marks even you have written essay of 50 pages.But if you have the technique you can score 50plus by writing only 20 pages.
Smart working is the key to success not hardworking(donkey working).

I am sure why you are trying to pen down a 40 pages essay, this just sounds impractical. Remember bravity is the sole of writing and you cant impress examiner by writing more and more pages, essay checkers are CSP's and they are smart enough to be deceived at all. So please do not focus on writing more and more pages with repitition in your essay instead focus on producing a concise peice of essay which should present a complete essay from each and every angle.

Secondly regarding essay writing, so essay has got its definite structure and it also varies from essay to essay. There are essays which are related to current issues and argumentative, in such essays you have to draw a clear picture of your current issues, derive the crux and organize it with its effects on society, offers suggestions, analyse your topic and conclude it with a hopeful ending.

However there are essays which are descriptive, and you can write easily on such topics but in CSS you will hardly fine a descriptive essays.

I suggest you should first understand how many types of essays are and what are their attempting styles. This will give you good start and then following each style will get you a complete essay. This is what is taught in CSS Academies. Rest is upto you but please be concise and write smart instead of filling pages.
