Any body who has attempted Pakistani sportswomen as new ambassador of soft image of pakistan??????
we can discuss and share our views.......

I have written on this topic. my introduction, history and 4 paragraph were relevant, but then i shifted on propblems of womensports persons. I wrote that problems of women sportsperson should be resolved, so that we can further project the soft image of pak.
In introduction, i wrote that participation of women arises out of the social economic and political rights that have been given to women. The perception about pakistan that it deprives women of the aforementioned rights has, thus, changed considerably. My introduction was detailed and comprehensive, but now, i am worried that why i mentioned "problems" so much detailed.

after that i stick to issues that womens of pakistan are known to be politically and socially subjugated but sportswoen have projected a new and good image.I remained confined to what sportswomen are projecting now :
i said that they are representing egalitarian society
they are representing a peacful society
they are represntng tolerant society and like wise gave the details of all these

Yeah, you are right. women participation in sports is, infact, a post-modern theme. No any woman can participate in sport activities untill social, economic and political conditions are favourable for her.
I do'nt know what would be the outcome of my essay. Infact, i focused on "new" word, hence thought it necessary to mention the problems of women sportspersons as well. Apart from this, i wanted to include descriptive and argumentative forms of discourse in my essay. Now, i am not sure whether it will pass or not.

yeah.... i think remaining confined to the topic is the main issue...any how Allah knows better whether we have been able to convince examiner or not..

your essay is good enough bro, but you have emphasised much on meaning and outcome of "soft image" while devoting less time for "how women sportspersons project soft image of pak." it is, however, okay if you have nicely presented your view on role of women players. This essay was, infact, about gender equality.

I think you have focused more on women sports in Pakistan ....Ambassador of soft image was the real crunch of the topic according to my perception.
Well i think hamza has done commendable effort as he has maintained a balanced approach in tackling the topic....
In inroduction he has introduced women in sports and then how they are projectng a new image...
I think demand from the examiner included the following:
1.Present image of Pakistan in the world
2.how this image can be made positive
3.Women participation in sports
4.Why need for a good,positive image?
5.How sportswomen are projecting a new and better image?
6.Failures of other modes of projecting softer image and womens success
7.Impacts of women participation in international sports events.
