For eds both are good. Rab nawaz samoo's is a complete book. It is just the compilation of best topics of f.sc books of physics chemistry and bio. It covers all. Once you go through it, you wont be needing any other book. Kashmiri's however, is short and precise.

I would suggest you Dr. Rab Nawaz Sammo's book. Its very comprehensive book. Kashmiri's book is confusing don't go for it.

So far I am yet to come across a book which alone is sufficient for EDS paper. You will need to go through at least two books if not three to properly prepare for the exam.
