Default Need a little help.

Hello friends and fellow comrades.
I have prepared the biology portion for Eds and i think i lack medical terminology.
I need to ask what should be the proximity of medical words. I mean i can define the asked question in easy language and most of the topics were prepared from videos and The human biology by Daniel. D Chiras....
P.S i have arts and pre-eng background..

For instance, Why AB blood type are considered as a universal recipients?
Answer.
The anti-bodies in the blood reacts to their opposite glycoproteins. for instance, the A glycoprotein resist the 'b' anti-bodies and vice-versa. The Ab type blood neither have a or b type anti-bodies which means it can safely receive blood from any other blood type without any fear of transfusion reaction but it should be noted that AB type can only donate blood to AB type because every other blood type contains either or both a or b anti-bodies which could react to the antigens of the red blood cells...

Dear there is no need to worry because the paper is blend of Whole science not only medicine and medicine terminology. But its does not mean that it is neglect able portion you should know about the basic terminology of medicine to understand question a and to give answer.
For Example two days ago a question is asked in ppsc exam that what is the study of human parts during a postmortem is ? the answer was autopsy here is the word autopsy new for every one.
To solve this problem install a medical dictionary in your phone if you have android. or just install a dictionary Wordweb available for both PC and phone.

No it is not difficult to handle eds.
The terms are not difficult. Use dictionary if you find any difficulty.

Biology is not a difficult portion at all.In fact it is the easiest to understand even for non-science backgrounds. The only tricky thing about Bio is that you have to remember a number of terms and definitions.Once learnt everything else is easy and one only has to understand the process.

I'd suggest that you take a look at the Biology book for class 9 and 10.
Go through it selectively. It has enough material to cover everything related to bio.

Thumbs up

Biology is not a very difficult subject. Because we study about life. No doubt there are some terms that create difficulties for the students. The recent trends in the CSS paper , there is about 55-60 % portion is of Biology in the EDS paper. So one cannot neglect the importance of Biology in EDS paper.

Biology is the most interesting subject for me.

Regards
Naeem Aslam
