Some Important aspects of water

1. Water makes up more than two third of human body weight.
2. Human brain is made up of 95 per cent of water.
3. Human blood contain 82 per cent water.
4. Lungs is made up of 90 per cent of water.
5. When water reduce to 1 per cent it will make thirsty.
6. 2 per cent drop in water level can trigger dehydration.
7. Most adult loose about two liter water daily through sweating, urination and breathing.
8. Water is calorie-free and hydrating.

Importance of Water

1. All the cell and organ functions of our body depend upon the water.
2. Water carries nutrients to cells.
3. Water aids digestion by forming stomach secretion.
4. Water flushes our body waste, and keeps kidney healthy.
5. It lubricates and cushions our joints, and regulates our body temperature and metabolism.
6. Proper hydration can help prevent chronic joint diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, because water reduces inflammation and promotes cartilage health.
7. Water also help in weight loss.
8. It is useful to add lemon, mint, cucumber, ginger, melon, raspberries, they will help to flush out the harmful toxin from the body.
