Can Non-Muslims opt Islamiat also?

I am a bit confused either Non-Muslims have also option of attempting Islamiat instead of comparative studies of different religion or Not?

but dear ,so far i can understand comparative study will be somewhat easy for u then that of islamiat

but if it is not so u can opt islamic studies as well..
