Political System vs Administration System
I am unable to see any significant difference between Islamic Political System and its Administration System as both the systems strive to implement the Islamic Law or sharia. I am perplexed by reading the book, Islamic Studies, by Imtiaz Shahid, who further intermixed both the concepts;in-fact, he did not even worry to complete the topic of Islamic Administration and left it incomplete.
If someone knows the difference between these two concepts, please share.
Just to add one last thing, Administration System of Islam and Administration System under the pious caliphate - notably of Hazrat Umar's - are referred to as two separate questions in the syllabus of islamic studies, so interchanging them would not be a wise option.
