IN my personal opinion he is not controversial. In fact he is a brilliant scholar. We cannot neglect his debates during Haqoq-e-Niswa Bill.I think there should be no doubt on his authentcity

I second the opinion of my friend, hamarapakistan. I know, for whom he is controversial who blow the air for sectorialism in Pakistan. For those Dr Zakir, Dr Isar and many other scholars are also controversial.
In my opinion, it is a habit of Pakistani people to deny the actual meaning of Quran, given by any educated and analytical scholar. We, hurrily, belive the paid Molvis who read just man written books in madrassas who can just cram not analyse.
And believe me, I have read a lot of articles, that in many remote areas Christian Mission's made Molvis are working against Islam, with the faces like Molvis. Pity situation.
Well, what I can say is that, "No controversial scholar could be a member of Board of Scholars in Pakistani Government to legislate and suggest Islamic Laws". Where Javed Ghamdi has been there.

Jazak Allah, for your sincere suggestion and being pure and non-biased in my opinion, I authenticate him.

@ chabdussamad

Well that was a strong reply ..
Bro it was just an honest suggestion, as to what i think and what i heard .. I have analysed the man in a speech or two and found some dichotomy in his speech ..
And plzzz dnt name him with Dr. Israr & Dr. Zakir .. He's no match

Again .. It was just a mere suggestion .. U r a free man, do what ever u wana do, i never intended to impose anything .. I was just being honest as to what i think

Regards ..
