Default How to prepare for new trend of paper?

From the last two years and this year too,it hs been observed that Islamiat papr is less focusd on prescribd sylabs.Rather it is more of a curent afairs in Islamic world.

Keeping this in view, plz sugest some books, journals, way out etc. to handle current trend in paper.

dear read Friday features from Dawn regularly. also read all those past Friday features, (present here on forum) which are important and related to the paper.

second read newspapers regularly as Islamic issues are regularly discussed in them either one way or other.

also develop an interest in comparative religion. it will help u a lot in understanding the basic theme of Islam and other religions. when u appear in paper u will be in a better position to understand the questions.
thanks
